You pay based on the number of active enrolled students each month. For example, a school with 400 students on the India Starter plan (₹20/student/month) pays ₹8,000 per month. The count is updated at the start of each billing cycle — you are never charged for inactive or removed students.

No. Setup, data migration and staff training are all included in every plan at zero extra cost. The only charge is the per-student monthly fee. GST is applicable as per Government norms for India plans.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Professional or Professional to Enterprise at any time with no data loss. The new rate applies from the next billing cycle and we handle the entire transition for you.

The Overseas pricing currently covers institutions operating in Bangkok (Thailand), Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi (UAE). If your country is not listed, please contact us — we do serve other international locations and will provide a custom quote.

The Enterprise plan is fully customised.
